Can I customise a piece?
Yes. We offer bespoke design services tailored to your vision. Please contact us or visit us in-store to begin your custom piece.

How long will my order take?
In-stock pieces are dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Made-to-order and custom pieces require approximately 2–4 weeks.

SHIPPING & COLLECTION

Do you offer shipping?
Yes, we offer fully insured shipping across Australia and internationally.

Can I collect my order in-store?
Yes. Once order is placed, please email sales@gmjewelry.com.au. You will be notified once your order is ready to pick up in-store. 

Will I receive tracking?
Yes, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Do you accept returns?
We offer exchanges or store credit on eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

Are all items eligible?
No. Custom pieces, engagement rings, earrings, and sale items are not eligible for return.

PRODUCTS

Are your diamonds natural or lab-grown?
We offer both natural and lab-grown diamonds, carefully selected for quality and brilliance.

Do your diamonds come with certification?
Selected diamonds come with recognised certification (such as IGI or GIA where applicable).

What metals do you use?
We use high-quality materials including 18k gold - 24k gold and platinum (PT950).

CARE & MAINTENANCE

Do you offer cleaning or repairs?
Yes. We offer professional cleaning, maintenance, and repair services.

How should I care for my jewelry?
We recommend removing jewellery during physical activity and storing pieces separately to preserve their condition.

PAYMENT

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major payment methods. Financing options are also available in-store.
