RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At GM JEWELRY, each piece is crafted with intention and care. We invite you to choose thoughtfully.
 
 
CHANGE OF MIND
 
We offer exchanges or store credit for eligible items.
• Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn, in original condition, and with all packaging
• Store credit is valid for 12 months
 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene and quality assurance, certain items may not be eligible for return.
 
The following pieces are not eligible for return or exchange:
• Custom or made-to-order jewellery
• Engagement rings (including all solitaire styles)
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
• Items purchased on sale or promotion
 

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If there is a price difference, it will be adjusted accordingly.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
 
If your item arrives damaged or you believe there is a fault, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
 
We will assess the piece and arrange a repair, replacement, or suitable resolution.
